What makes people quit?
I was wondering why do we have soaring attrition rate cut across all fields and companies??

• My boss is not very friendly…
• I was working for more than what they pay me for ….in lay man’s language got a good hike with the competitor
• I don’t like the way my company treats me
• Projects where not that mind blowing and stimulating
• Projects are toooo mind blowing…
Do we get what we want in our new company…not really we end of compromising things for our decision to change company…there are always +ves and _ves in every organization….what is ur count on this.....

• Commonsense
• Willingness to compromise
• To love you for what you are and not for you are not
• Accepting the reality

If you have everything above said except trust the entire relationship will fall down but you have only got Trust and dont have anything else still you have a great relationship...

· Is he knowledgable enough to earn to make decent living(defn for decent living varies for some it is a 2bhk house two wheller for some it is a posh duplex house with a honda city and hugo boss perfumes)

There is no place on earth like beach....it is the place which gives tranquillity to mind(at least to me) and also you can speak to the waves(try it out it is really interesting) the sound of the waves at night is so soothing (I go around 11-12 in nights on weekends) it is the "Heaven" for me.... once such day i felt these lines......

Most agonizing thing in our life is separation but without the concept of separation we will not be able to raise in our life example school to college, collge to office... and we switch over jobs and relocation etc... but without this life won't be interesting again parting loved ones are easier said than felt ...we need to take it optimistically and move in the life the following is in the same line of the thought.. do post your comments..bharath
